Member Pricing
Your Carpenter Family Care membership includes unhurried office visits—typically lasting 30 to 90 minutes—so there is time to fully address your health concerns without feeling rushed. Members also enjoy direct access to Dr. Amy Glaser-Carpenter by phone, text, and email for questions and ongoing care between visits.
In addition, membership includes significantly discounted laboratory testing, guidance in finding affordable cash pricing for imaging studies, and assistance coordinating specialist referrals when needed. Our goal is to provide personalized, accessible, and cost-conscious healthcare for you and your family.
- Children age 0-18 (with an adult membership) — $39/month
- Age 19-25 (with another adult membership) — $49/month
- Age 0-25 (without adult membership) — $59/month
- Age 26-40 — $79/month
- Age 41+ — $99/month
There is a $50 one time joining fee per person. Members will be charged monthly. You may discontinue your membership at any time. If you have discontinued and decide to rejoin, there is a $200 rejoining fee.
- At Carpenter Family Care, we believe that financial circumstances should never be the reason someone goes without quality primary care. If the recommended membership fee would create a financial hardship for you or your family, please contact our office. We are happy to have a confidential conversation and will do our best to find a membership arrangement that works for your situation.
Non-Member Pricing
